Group Manager - HMI SW & HW

Together, you will move the world towards a sustainable future and help customers keep their promises. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage scrum teams involved in HMI SW development, systems engineering, and functional safety - Utilize embedded C/C++, Python, Qt/QML, and automated verification as key competencies - Contribute to building a strategy for HMI activities and support teams on supplier management - Plan, control, and follow up integration and verification activities - Estimate, establish, and follow up on budgets for integration and verification within the program - Identify and document stakeholders expectations for HMI activities clearly - Evaluate new development tools and provide feedback and recommendations - Understand the roadmap for HMI from a future perspective and inspire the team to foresee the roadmaps **Qualifications Required:** - B.E/M.Tech in Electrical or Electronics and Communication with 10+ years of experience in SW/HMI development in the automobile industry - Experience in leading and managing people for at least 2-3 years - Good communication, problem-solving, and analysis skills - Exposure to ECU and electrical network - Knowledge of Agile Methodology and principles - Understanding of Electronic Systems & Functions in Automotive - Skills in Truck Application Knowledge - Domain knowledge of the Driver Interface (HMI) can be a plus (Note: The additional details of the company have been omitted as they are not directly related to the job description.),
