Group Leader- Service and Maintenance (Supervisor)

As a Group Leader- Service and Maintenance (Supervisor) at Schindler India, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the branch staffing of service technicians. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning the personnel needs, route organization, workloads, and training to ensure efficient service operations - Leading the EI Team to enhance customer and employee satisfaction, add value to the business, maintain quality of work, and improve operational efficiency - Managing problem-solving of sick units and monitoring Mean Time Between Callbacks (MTBC) improvement - Executing and resolving retrofits, Directive Letter to Field Information (DLFI), and non-conformities - Managing repairs from offer to order, including the collection of bad debts - Overseeing the Modernization Transformation To excel in this role, you should have: Expertise: - Desired experience in a similar industry, with a preferred exposure to service and maintenance, totaling 10 years of experience and preferably 3 years in the E&E industry Knowledge and Skills: - Proficiency in E&E product knowledge, safety procedures, organization and planning, people management, and customer-oriented behavior - Familiarity with Schindler Leadership Framework behaviors Education: - Bachelors" degree in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
