Job Description

We are Hiring Candidates who are experienced in Team leader experienced in end to end RCM. *Roles and Responsibilities* Set clear goals and expectations for the team. Motivate and inspire team members to perform at their best. Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Assign tasks based on team members strengths and workload. Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met. Provide support when team members face challenges. *Candidates with minimum 1yr experience as a team lead can apply.* ONLY IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED.
