You should have 5-8 years of experience in guiding subordinate teams towards achieving BOM value targets, conducting daily reviews of BOM values, planning daily production as per requirements, tracking daily production, planning monthly manpower as per production targets, providing technical inputs to achieve production targets with quality, and ensuring smooth flow of production activities. As a candidate, you should hold a BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5-8 years of relevant experience. You should possess awareness of ISO 9001:2015, the ability to understand work instructions and assist in their execution, clear concepts of productivity, 5S, setup time, 4M Change Management, and knowledge of daily production, monthly production, production rejection, and operation standards/drawings.
