Group IT Head

As a leading MNC in the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Industry based in Mumbai (Wadala), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Head with over 15 years of experience to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology team and driving the strategic direction of the IT infrastructure to ensure the company continues to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing the IT strategy in alignment with organizational goals, managing all IT infrastructure and operations, leading and mentoring the IT team, ensuring IT security and compliance with regulations, managing IT budgets and resource allocation efficiently, evaluating and integrating new technologies, and establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to promote technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of IT experience with at least 5-7 years in a management role. Experience in ERP implementation, knowledge of Database Management, developing SOPs, implementing SAP Hana, Robotics Process Automation, and hardware & software management are essential. Certification from SAP would be an added advantage. Flexibility to travel to Africa is required for this role.
