Job Overview:

The Head of Cyber and Information Security will lead the organizations cybersecurity and information protection strategies, focusing on safeguarding data, systems, and infrastructure from both internal and external threats. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing cybersecurity policies and programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding a security-focused culture across the organization. The Head of Cyber and Information Security will play a critical role in aligning security practices with the organizations strategic objectives. A key component of this role is identifying cost-effective security solutions and optimizing infrastructure usage to ensure smooth and reliable connectivity across systems and networks Reporting to the CEO this role will collaborate closely with senior leadership, IT, and cross-functional teams to design a secure, resilient environment. This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for a leader who can balance high-level security initiatives with practical, actionable solutions that enhance overall system efficiency.
