GROUP HEAD - ACCOUNTS

You will be responsible for leading and mentoring the accounts team to enhance efficiency. It is essential to drive man-to-man tracking for accountability and goal alignment within the team. Analyzing financial data for strategic decision-making will be a crucial part of your role, along with the preparation and consolidation of group financial statements. Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position would be a Chartered Accountant, with a preference for a background in a Public Ltd. company. A minimum of 10 years of stable corporate experience is required, along with experience in performance tracking systems. The company offers a competitive salary ranging from 25 Lakhs to 35 Lakhs CTC per annum, including variable components.
