Job Description

As an individual at Adobe, you will be part of a team dedicated to changing the world through digital experiences. Your role will involve empowering clients to optimize their digital assets and unlock value in areas such as commerce, content, and marketing for global clients across various industry segments. Your responsibilities will include: - Fostering and developing talent to assist clients in optimizing digital assets - Governing delivery excellence for digital platforms by setting project quality and performance standards - Structuring and managing projects and programs to meet overall objectives and client business drivers - Setting up new customer engagements and digital delivery models - Handling Systems Integrator partnerships for customer delivery - Being a subject matter expert on Digital Marketing Tools such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, influencer marketing, e-commerce marketing, and more - Managing sales pipeline, funnel, and intake process to grow business - Driving customer value, delivery quality, and customer success Your personal attributes should include impact & influence, executive presence, enabling change, strategic thinking, confidence, cross-boundary collaboration, setting goals and expectations, and analytical problem-solving. Qualifications for this role include: - A bachelor's degree in engineering - Knowledge and understanding of Digital Marketing technologies/platforms and trends - Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Social, and more - 5+ years of experience in a client partner or Delivery Manager role in the US - Experience in managing a P&L and responsible for Employee Engagement and customer success - Strong English communication skills - Ability to influence and interact with internal and external stakeholders - Good prioritization, time management, and follow-through skills - Ability to deliver exceptional partner experience by acting as their trusted advisor - Self-starter, assertive, and can-do attitude Please note that Adobe is committed to making its website accessible to all users.
