We would like to collate Client contracts from across the group in a data repository that can be searched as and when required. As Group Contract Administrator you will play an important role in collecting, assessing, and uploading client contracts from across the group into the central group platform. You will work with a broad spectrum of stakeholders to ensure that relevant information is captured from the client contracts.

Collaborating with sales and account management teams to source client contracts, uploading them to the contract management database and tagging the system with specific information from the contracts
- Chasing up areas of the business to obtain contracts
- Efficiently chasing up to clarify information which is unclear
- Working with the Group Insight Director and Group CRM Manager to identify gaps and any specific contracts to obtain
- Suggest process improvements
- Assist in helping acquired businesses adopt this process
- Ensure any system issues/problems are swiftly identified and resolved with support from Group CRM Manager
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Davies Group business operations and clients to help drive informed decision making
- Ensure data integrity is maintained to a high level
- Develop and maintain simple training documentation
- Assisting the wider team with ad-hoc data tasks as and when required

Ideally experience of the structure of sales contracts
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience in working with customer data, and an understanding of data protection requirements
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent excel skills are desirable
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to easily build a deep network of relationships to collaborate effectively
