Group Advisory Leader-PCG

Role Overview: As the individual responsible for this role, you will be in charge of the complete P&L of the Team, ensuring that targets and goals are met as per projections for the financial year. Your key responsibilities will include taking initiatives in new business opportunities provided by the organization, ensuring the delivery of quality services within specified timelines, and overseeing that all processes are compliant with the organization's values. Additionally, you will be required to mentor and guide team members to enhance revenue and support them in achieving their targets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the team to ensure their productivity meets the set standards - Maintain the P&L of the team/branch on a monthly basis - Deliver customized equity advice to assigned PCG customers promptly, including trading and investment ideas - Relay customer feedback to the Senior PCG advisor in a timely manner - Monitor the Advisory certification program for advisors according to defined timelines - Conduct compliance and surveillance checks at regular intervals Qualification Required: - Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline, MBA Finance/ CA/ CFA/ ICWA / NCFM/AMFI - Experience: Minimum of 9 years in Financial Markets, with at least 2 years in a leadership role - Domain Knowledge: Understanding of capital markets, including Derivatives, Currency, and Commodities - IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Additional Company Details: The job type for this position is full-time, with benefits including health insurance and life insurance.
