Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jammu for various ground staff positions including Peon, Cleaner, Security Guards, and Gardener. The Ground Staff will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the academy premises, ensuring security, and attending to gardening tasks. Daily tasks include cleaning classrooms, offices and common areas, providing general upkeep of the grounds, monitoring the premises for safety, and assisting students and staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Good Communication and Customer Service skills
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
