Job Summary

Greeter

Key Responsibilities

Greet every customer with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness.
Create a positive first impression that reflects the prestige and elegance of the brand.
Direct customers to the appropriate sales associate based on their needs or appointments.
Manage client flow in the boutique, ensuring waiting guests are acknowledged and comfortable.
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entrance and front-of-house areas.
Assist with appointment check-ins and maintain the visitor log as required.
Be vigilant and aware of store security protocols while maintaining a discreet and non-intrusive presence.
Answer basic client inquiries regarding store hours, services, or product categories.
Support showroom staff with light administrative tasks (e.g., handing out brochures, booking appointments, CRM entry, etc.).
Handle VIP clients with elevated service and privacy considerations.
Stay informed about the current product offerings and promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or front-of-house roles, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Impeccable grooming and presentation.
High attention to detail and strong sense of discretion.
Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
Professional demeanor with a client-first attitude.
Basic knowledge of jewellery types and terminology is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM systems or appointment management tools is a plus.
Multilingual abilities (especially English + Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, or French) are desirable in high-end markets.
