Role Overview: You will be responsible for greeting customers with a warm and welcoming smile, ensuring they feel comfortable in the showroom. Your main tasks will include addressing customers' needs by inquiring about their requirements, understanding their needs, establishing a rapport with them, and analyzing their interests to refer them to the relevant Sales Officer. Additionally, you will collect informal feedback from customers about their showroom experience and communicate this feedback to the management team for continuous improvement. Positive reviews or feedback regarding your customer service will be highly valued.
