Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Chandigarh. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, achieving sales targets, building relationships with clients, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies. The individual will oversee a team of sales representatives, provide training and support, and report on sales performance. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in Sales Management and Team Leadership Ability to build and maintain client relationships Market Research and Sales Strategy Development skills Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite Analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the manufacturing or wood panel industry is a plus Self-motivation, goal-oriented attitude, and ability to work independently
