Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Drive lead generation campaigns specifically for real estate projects and track ROI. Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic. Handle social media management, content planning, and community engagement. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools. Create and manage engaging content (ads, creatives, videos, blogs) aligned with brand positioning. Coordinate with creative, sales, and external agencies/vendors for campaign execution. Manage marketing budgets, track spends, and ensure cost-effective digital promotions. Research competitors and market trends to optimize strategies. Support offline marketing and event promotions with digital amplification. Desired Skills & Competencies 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing (real estate industry experience preferred). Hands-on knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram promotions, LinkedIn campaigns . Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM tools, and marketing automation . Creative mindset with ability to design campaign briefs and coordinate with designers. Strong communication and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations. Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements. Manage project-wise accounting, cost allocation, and expense tracking. Coordinate and assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements. Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and project profitability reports. Liaise with auditors, banks, vendors, and other external stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, contracts, and financial documents. Support management with financial analysis for decision-making. Desired Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Tally ERP/ SAP / or any accounting software. Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and statutory filings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
