Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support Manage the Managing Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic & international) Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes Draft, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the MD Executive Assistance Assist with project follow-ups and ensure deadlines are met Coordinate between departments to ensure MD’s directives are executed Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations for board meetings and strategy sessions Track and report on solar industry trends and competitor insights Operations & Coordination Liaise with clients, partners, vendors, and government bodies as required Coordinate site visits, conferences, and investor meetings Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (physical & digital) Support the MD in HR, marketing, finance, or procurement-related activities when needed Personal Tasks Manage personal appointments, events, and tasks as delegated by the MD Ensure a balance between professional and personal commitments Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication Strong organizational and time-management skills High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Zoom/Teams Familiarity with renewable energy or solar sector terminology (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
