Graygraph Technologies - Manager - Search Engine Optimization

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization efforts and enhance our digital presence.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO/SEM strategies and team leadership, with the ability to drive organic traffic, improve SERP rankings, and deliver measurable ROI.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and monitor effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals.- Conduct detailed keyword research and stay updated with algorithm changes.- Track and analyze SEO KPIs such as traffic, bounce rate, keyword rankings, etc.- Prepare and present SEO performance reports and recommend optimization actions.- Manage and mentor a team of SEO professionals including team leads and executives.- Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to optimize site structure and content.- Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.- Stay abreast of emerging SEO trends, tools, and best practices.Requirements:- Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEM Manager, or in a similar role.- In-depth understanding of current SEO techniques and tools.- Proficiency with tools like Screaming Frog, MOZ, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.- Analytical mindset with a passion for data and performance metrics.- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.- MBA in Business or Marketing is preferred
