As we grow, we are looking for a Technical Business Developer / Technical PM to lead not just technical partnerships and business development, but also shape our internal team culture, technical processes, and scalable solutions . Key Responsibilities : Business & Partnerships : Lead business development and forge strategic partnerships with restaurants, logistics providers, and payment gateways in the UK market. Drive go-to-market strategies, handle deal negotiations, partner onboarding, and ensure long-term partner success. Manage sales pipelines, partnership KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership. Support the growth of Bunny & Bunny by expanding e-commerce channels and developing key strategic relationships. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align partner needs with technical capabilities and product roadmap. Understand and communicate complex technical solutions, including real-time messaging systems ( Kafka, RabbitMQ ), geospatial data platforms ( PostGIS, Mapbox ), and payment processing ( Stripe or other gateways ). Technical Strategy & Development: Guide the backend team in building scalable, real-time systems aligned with business and product needs. Support API integrations and oversee secure, scalable architecture for both core delivery and e-commerce platforms. Assist in backend troubleshooting and ensure technical deliverables meet business objectives. Team & Process Leadership : Define and implement agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban), release processes, and sprint planning. Build and foster an engineering culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Set up key team rituals : stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and clear documentation practices. Mentor developers and contribute to hiring, onboarding, and team growth as the company scales. Required Skills & Experience : 4–6 years in business development, technical partnerships, or solution consulting within SaaS, food tech, logistics, or e-commerce sectors. Hands-on knowledge or strong understanding of: Event-driven architecture and messaging systems: Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ . Spatial databases and geolocation services : PostGIS, Mapbox . Payment gateways, especially Stripe , including PCI DSS compliance. Experience working with APIs, integrations, and scalable backend architectures. Proven success closing complex partnerships and managing B2B client relationships. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical details into business value. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with cross-functional teams. What We Offer : Salary: ₹62,500 – ₹82,000 per month (₹7.5 – ₹9.8 LPA) depending on experience.
