Graphics & Visuals Specialist

You will be joining Ocularity Analytics, a full-service consultancy that collaborates with businesses, NPOs, and individuals globally. As a Video Editor + Designer with 12 years of experience, your role in the Content Division will involve creating engaging video and static content for various digital platforms. You will work closely with internal teams to produce high-impact assets that drive engagement, conversions, and brand growth. Key Responsibilities: - Edit and produce video content for social media, websites, campaigns, and advertising. - Design static and motion graphics for digital and print collaterals. - Collaborate with internal teams to translate creative briefs into high-quality visual output. - Incorporate AI-driven tools and workflows into the content process where relevant. - Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. - Support end-to-end production, including storyboarding, editing, animation, and final delivery. - Work on diverse formats such as short-form reels, ad creatives, promotional videos, explainer videos, and campaign visuals. - Apply learnings from performance data to optimize content design and editing choices. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on creativity or quality. - Contribute to innovation in the Content Division by staying updated with design trends, editing techniques, and AI advancements. Qualifications: - 12 years experience in video editing and graphic design (agency or brand side preferred). - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). - Motion graphics and animation skills (2D/3D) are a strong plus. - Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is preferred. - Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, and design trends. - Basic knowledge of sound design and color grading. - Ability to work independently on projects and collaborate with multiple teams. - Experience managing deadlines in fast-paced environments. - A portfolio showcasing video editing + design work is mandatory.
