Role Overview: Ocularity Analytics, a full-service consultancy, is looking for a Video Editor + Designer with 12 years of experience to join their Content Division. As part of the team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and editing engaging video and static content across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design, storytelling, and social-first content creation, coupled with technical expertise in video editing tools and an interest in AI-driven creative workflows. You will collaborate with different divisions to produce high-impact assets that enhance engagement, conversions, and brand growth. Key Responsibilities: - Edit and produce video content for social media, websites, campaigns, and advertising. - Design static and motion graphics for digital and print collaterals. - Collaborate with internal teams to translate creative briefs into high-quality visual output. - Incorporate AI-driven tools and workflows into the content creation process where applicable. - Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. - Support end-to-end production, including storyboarding, editing, animation, and final delivery. - Work on various formats such as short-form reels, ad creatives, promotional videos, explainer videos, and campaign visuals. - Utilize performance data insights to optimize content design and editing decisions. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining creativity and quality standards. - Contribute to innovation in the Content Division by staying updated on design trends, editing techniques, and AI advancements. Qualifications: - 12 years of experience in video editing and graphic design, preferably from an agency or brand side. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). - Motion graphics and animation skills (2D/3D) are advantageous. - Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is preferred (e.g., Runway, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar). - Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and design trends. - Basic knowledge of sound design and color grading. - Ability to work independently on projects and collaborate effectively with multiple teams. - Experience managing deadlines in fast-paced environments. - A mandatory portfolio showcasing video editing and design work. Note: The job is full-time with a hybrid work setup based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
