Graphics & UI UX Designer

You will be joining HL Tech India Private Limited, a dynamic digital solutions provider focusing on web and app development, and digital marketing. As a Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating captivating visual graphics and designing user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experiences. Your responsibilities will include designing attractive graphics and branding materials for websites, apps, and marketing campaigns. You will also be developing wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize user flows and interfaces. Collaboration with developers, product managers, and marketing teams will be essential to seamlessly implement designs. Additionally, conducting user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis will be part of your role to improve UX. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer with a robust portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision is required. Expertise in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects is essential. A strong grasp of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design is crucial for success in this position. It would be advantageous to have experience in creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes for websites and mobile apps. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in an agency or tech-driven company, knowledge of motion graphics and animations, and familiarity with design systems, accessibility guidelines, and usability heuristics.
