Job Description

We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in visual design, branding, and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing creatives for social media, digital ads, websites, and campaigns
• Create visual assets for presentations, pitch decks, and internal communications
• Maintain and enhance brand identity across all platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams
• Design brochures, banners, posters, and promotional materials
• Edit basic marketing and social media videos (Reels, short videos, promos)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic to good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Interest in digital-first design (social media, ads, websites)
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut – any one is fine)
• Familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus
• Awareness of AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.) is an advantage
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve skills
• Portfolio or sample works is mandatory (college work / practice designs accepted)
