About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with around 2 years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual composition, excellent design software skills, and the ability to turn ideas into engaging visual content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for digital and print media (social media posts, banners, infographics, brochures, presentations, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop consistent brand visuals
• Design and update brand identity assets (logos, icons, color schemes, templates, etc.)
• Prepare design files for production and ensure quality and consistency across all materials
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 2 years of professional experience compulsory as a graphic designer
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) or equivalent design tools
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
• knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency environment
• Familiarity with design for social media, websites, and digital advertising
• Knowledge of Figma or Canva
