Job Title: Graphic Designer Location: Mohali Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and support our marketing and communication efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop visual content for digital and print platforms including social media, websites, advertisements, email campaigns, brochures, and more Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to produce high-quality design assets Translate concepts and ideas into engaging graphics, layouts, and illustrations Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all channels Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies Work with copywriters and other team members to ensure a cohesive message and presentation Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously to meet deadlines Requirements: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) A strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory Knowledge of digital marketing, social media content formats, and web design basics is a plus Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills Ability to take feedback and iterate designs efficiently Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Work from home Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
