The ideal candidate should have experience in designing full website layouts, including homepage and internal pages, with a keen eye for user experience and accessibility. Key Responsibilities Create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs in Figma. Design full website layouts, including homepages and internal pages. Ensure that designs adhere to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards to provide an inclusive user experience. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life. Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and visual hierarchy across designs. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and accessibility best practices. Requirements: Proven experience in web design using Figma. Strong portfolio showcasing full website designs, including homepage and internal page layouts. Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA) and experience in designing for an inclusive web experience. Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory. Strong communication skills to collaborate with developers and stakeholders. Ability to work on multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency. Looking forward to seeing your designs!
