Role Overview: Cimpress is a global leader in mass customization, assisting customers in designing and ordering personalized products such as business cards, apparel, flyers, banners, and photo gifts. As a Graphic Excellence Trainee, you will have the opportunity to enhance your creative and detail-oriented skills in graphic design. You will be responsible for reviewing, modifying, and preparing customer artwork files to ensure high-quality output aligned with design and print standards. Key Responsibilities: - Review and modify customer artwork files to meet production and print quality standards - Prepare clean, accurate, and print-ready designs following design guidelines - Identify and resolve basic design issues related to layout, alignment, fonts, bleed, color usage, and image quality - Collaborate with team leads to address design challenges and escalations - Propose improvement ideas for tools, processes, or workflow efficiency - Engage in learning programs to enhance technical and creative capabilities Qualifications Required: - Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field - 01 year of experience, including internships or freelance work - Beginner-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop - Basic understanding of design principles like typography, layout, and color theory - Ability to comprehend customer requirements and adhere to design guidelines - Basic communication skills in English (written and verbal) - Adaptability to new tools and quick learning Additional Details: Cimpress is committed to diversity and inclusivity, fostering an environment where every individual is valued and respected, regardless of background, identity, or experience.
