As a creative candidate at The Kabadiwala, your role involves designing stunning visuals and producing engaging video content that aligns with the brand and marketing goals. You will be responsible for bringing ideas to life and strengthening the brand presence, from eye-catching social media creatives to compelling videos. Key Responsibilities: - Design creatives, posters, infographics, and marketing materials for campaigns. - Edit and produce engaging videos, reels, and motion graphics for social media and ads. - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver clear, creative communication. - Ensure all designs and videos follow brand guidelines and support the sustainability message. - Stay updated with the latest design/video trends and apply them to projects. Requirements: - Strong experience in graphic design and video editing. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). - Creative eye for layouts, colors, typography, and storytelling. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines. - A portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work.
