Job Description:

Thatha Patti Elders Foundation is looking for a creative and skilled Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in poster design and reels editing, and be passionate about creating digital assets that reflect our brand identity across all online platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design attractive posters, banners, and flyers for social media and marketing
• Edit engaging reels, short videos, and motion graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Create digital assets for website, campaigns, and brand promotions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop consistent and high-quality visual content
• Stay updated with design trends and social media content styles
• Manage and organize design files and maintain creative archives

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools
• Experience with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or mobile editing apps
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Time management and ability to handle multiple design tasks
• Understanding of social media visual formats and content needs
