Graphic Designer/Video Editor

Role Overview: You will be joining the creative team of EMB Global (EMB) as a Graphic Designer cum Video Editor. Your role will involve creating visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials, developing animated content, collaborating with different teams, conceptualizing ideas, staying updated on industry trends, and ensuring brand consistency across all assets. Key Responsibilities: - Design and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print materials like social media posts, website assets, email campaigns, infographics, and marketing collateral. - Develop animated content such as explainer videos, reels, motion graphics, GIFs, and visual effects to enhance brand storytelling and engagement. - Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and translate creative briefs into visually appealing designs and animations. - Conceptualize and storyboard ideas to effectively communicate key messages and brand identity. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to innovate and enhance the quality of visual content. - Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all assets while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail and accuracy. - Provide creative input, constructive feedback, and collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and deliver exceptional results. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of work experience. Freshers with impressive work samples will also be considered. - Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and animation tools like Adobe Animate, Blender, Maya. - Experience in creating social media posts, reels, billboards, print collaterals, and banners. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to feedback, and have a proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.,
