Job Description

Creative DesignerSenior Analyst Location: Hyderabad Work experience: 4-6 years Work timing: 2:00 PM11:00 PM (IST) We are looking for you—a detailed-oriented, creative design professional, with strong conceptualization skills and a flair for problem solving. You will play a key role in the development of marketing and other related design assets from concept to completion. If you are passionate about creating visually compelling designs and thrive in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities • Deliver high-impact design solutions that meet deadlines and client expectations for quality and creativity • Analyze stakeholder expectations and develop creative deliverables adhering to Deloitte Brand Identity guidelines • Simplify complex data into visually appealing infographics • Develop storyboards, graphic concepts, visual themes, illustrations, and layouts for brochures, infographics, presentations, and other promotional materials • Collaborate with other creative professionals to solve problems and communicate resolutions Required skills • Proficient in graphic design, with proven experience across diverse design projects and creative solutions • Conceptualization skills in charts, graphs and infographics • Team player with a positive attitude and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator • Experience in Figma (for designing and prototyping user interfaces and experiences) Preferred skills • Strong client/project management and relationship-building skills • Video editing in After Effects and Premiere Pro (for basic video editing and animation) Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
