Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead the design vision across all digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, website, paid ads).
* Create high-quality designs for reels, carousels, static posts, stories, campaigns, and offline creatives.
* Conceptualize and execute brand campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and content teams.
* Develop visual identities, packaging designs, and digital assets that align with Winston's premium positioning.
* Manage end-to-end design execution from concept sketches to final deliverables.
* Mentor and guide junior designers to maintain a consistent design language.
* Stay updated with design trends, typography, and motion graphics to keep Winston's content fresh and relevant.
* Work closely with photographers, videographers, and external agencies to deliver polished campaign outputs.
* Ensure all creatives meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail and brand consistency.
* Support in designing for events, product launches, and influencer campaigns.
Requirements
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (must-have).
* Good knowledge of InDesign for layouts and print design.
* Familiarity with AI-based design tools is a plus.
* Strong sense of typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
* 35 years of relevant design experience preferred.
