Graphic Designer

You will play a key role in visually representing the brand across various platforms, ensuring consistency and appeal from both a brand and sales perspective for Welspun Home Textile Domestic Business. You will work closely with the Marketing team, internal teams, and constituents to conceptualize and execute marketing materials and products. Independently, you will create and manage a variety of graphic, print, and web projects from start to finish, including collateral materials, magazines, advertisements, promotional materials (e.g., stalls, brochures, catalogs), logos, online packaging approvals at various locations and vendors, and event materials. Your responsibilities will include illustrating concepts by designing rough layouts that consider the arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic elements. You will think creatively to produce new ideas, engage in brainstorming sessions, and create design mockups. Additionally, you will translate marketing and branding strategies into effective design strategies and articulate and pitch design concepts to the marketing team, internal clients, and other stakeholders. Your role will involve selecting colors, fonts, photographs, layouts, and other design elements to effectively communicate creative concepts. You will complete projects by coordinating with external agencies, internal teams, art services, printers, and other partners as needed. Managing external vendors and suppliers to ensure quality work is delivered on time and within budget will also be a part of your responsibilities. You will plan concepts by studying information and materials and create user-centered design principles to produce high-quality visuals from concept to execution across required platforms. Coordinating with external vendors for printing and ensuring timely delivery of consignments will be crucial. Additionally, you will edit videos and create motion teasers to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
