Graphic Designer & Visualizer

Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer at Metis Learning, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and creating visual assets for the brands Einstein Box and Doctor Jupiter. Your designs will focus on packaging, product graphics, and instructional materials to effectively communicate the educational value and appeal of the company's toys. Key Responsibilities: - Develop creative concepts and designs for packaging, product graphics, and instructional materials. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts align with product goals and brand identity. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to maintain the company's competitive edge. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. - Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for new product concepts and marketing strategies. - Assist in creating presentations and sales materials for retail partners and trade shows. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field. - 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in consumer products or toys. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software such as Indesign. - Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions, layout, typography, color theory, and sketching skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs. - Knowledge of printing processes and packaging design requirements is a plus. Please note that the job is full-time and permanent with a day shift, fixed shift, and morning shift schedule. The expected start date is 01/11/2025.
