Location: Sector-15A, Noida | Full-Time | Experience: 2–5 years

At Little Hands Big Hearts, we create playful, screen-free learning tools for curious kids—and we’re also the creative force behind the social media of some pretty cool schools and brands!

We’re on the lookout for a creative powerhouse who loves to ideate, design, and bring concepts to life. If you're just as comfortable editing a snappy Instagram reel as you are crafting a captivating carousel post—this is your calling!

What you’ll do:

• Design eye-catching visuals for web, print & social media
• Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form videos & reels (yes, you’ll be our in-house video star!)
• Keep our brand visuals consistent, fresh, and exciting
• Collaborate with a small, super-creative team
• Bring bold ideas and fresh energy to every project

You’ll need:

• Design degree + solid skills in Adobe Suite/Corel
• A flair for video editing and motion graphics
• Great taste in design, layout & typography
• Love for all things branding and storytelling
• Confidence juggling multiple fun projects
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in corporate branding or education
