Job Description

Overview :

We are seeking a creative and digitally savvy Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing for the digital landscape from social media storytelling and web campaigns to performance marketing creatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful visuals that drive engagement, conversion, and brand affinity across digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign objectives, audience insights, and brand positioning.

- Conceptualize and design visually compelling assets for digital platforms including social media posts, ads, website banners, emailers, and motion graphics.

- Develop creative concepts and layouts that communicate key messages effectively across both paid and organic digital channels.

- Ensure brand consistency and visual coherence across all digital and print materials.

- Partner with copywriters, digital marketers, and performance teams to design high-performing creatives optimized for engagement and conversion.

- Stay up to date with digital design trends, platform-specific formats (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), and emerging tools in visual communication.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines.

- Contribute ideas for campaign storytelling, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content integrations.

- Work on multiple Graphic Design projects required for marketing collaterals and packaging design

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field.

- 2–4 years of experience in digital design, social media marketing, or creative content production.

- Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first designs — including social media campaigns, ads, web visuals, and brand assets.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD/Figma) or equivalent.

- Understanding of digital marketing principles, social media algorithms, and responsive design best practices.

- Must have motion design, video editing, or animation experience

- Ability to balance creativity with marketing goals — designing visuals that not only look good but also perform well.
