Job Overview We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated Digital & Social Media Manager to lead the companys social media strategy and execution. The role focuses on driving engagement, strengthening brand presence, and delivering measurable business impact across all relevant social media platforms. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop, implement, and manage an end-to-end social media strategy (organic and paid) aligned with overall marketing goals. Define and track key social media KPIs and performance metrics. Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across platforms. Content Creation & Management Create, curate, and manage engaging content including images, videos, reels, written posts, and audio/podcast formats. Plan and schedule content using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to oversee creative execution of social media assets. Community Engagement Monitor, listen, and respond to audience interactions to build and nurture an active online community. Plan and manage influencer marketing initiatives and brand collaborations. Track industry trends, conversations, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Performance & Reporting Measure and analyze the performance of social media campaigns across platforms. Generate detailed performance and ROI reports and present insights to stakeholders. Continuously test, optimize, and refine content and campaigns based on data-driven insights. Platform Management Manage brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, etc. Stay updated on platform algorithms, best practices, and emerging social media technologies. Experience & Qualifications 4–5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role. Hands-on experience with social media management tools and content creation software. Experience managing paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, etc.). Required Skills Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills. Proficiency in photo, video, and text-based content creation. Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics. In-depth knowledge of social media KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, and conversions. Familiarity with web publishing platforms (e.g., WordPress) is an added advantage.
