Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

1.

• Create and edit engaging long-form and short-form videos for the companys YouTube channel.
• Plan and execute video content based on marketing goals, such as educational videos, financial insights, market updates, and promotional content.
• Work with video footage, stock content, animations, and motion graphics to enhance video production.
• Optimize video content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, website, etc.) ensuring that videos are high quality and consistent with the companys branding.

• Design visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, and presentations using Figma and related tools.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create cohesive branding and design elements across all platforms.
• Produce infographics, charts, and illustrations to simplify complex financial concepts for a broader audience.

3.

• Manage and curate content for the companys social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), including financial tips, market updates, and company news.
• Design and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyse the performance of content to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives.

• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and create content ideas that resonate with the target audience and align with the companys financial advisory services.
• Suggest new video and graphic content formats to improve engagement, educate clients, and showcase the company’s expertise.
• Contribute ideas to help drive traffic to the company’s digital platforms and increase brand visibility in the financial market space.

• Assist in designing promotional materials for financial products and services, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.
• Work with the marketing team to brainstorm, develop, and execute campaigns to promote the company’s services and brand.
• Provide visual support for any internal or external marketing events, such as webinars, workshops, and conferences.

• Work closely with the IT, Sales teams to ensure cohesive branding across all visual and multimedia materials.
• Participate in team meetings to review strategies and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain a consistent design style and brand identity across all digital and print media.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in graphic design, video production, and marketing.
• Experiment with new tools, techniques, and software plugins to enhance the quality and efficiency of your work.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in
