Position Summary

The Graphic Designer and Video Editor will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and engaging video content that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. This role requires a creative individual with strong technical skills in graphic design and video editing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital media, including social media posts, website assets, brochures, posters, and advertisements.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual materials, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials that effectively communicate campaign messages.
• Design user-friendly layouts for presentations, infographics, and other visual content.

Video Editing:

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, product demos, and internal communications.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to enhance video content.
• Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and company websites.
• Work with raw footage to create polished, engaging, and cohesive video stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and product teams, to develop creative concepts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design and editing techniques.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of visual strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, including:
• Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools.
• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing projects.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their video and image requirements.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
