Job Summary

Southern Gourmet Bites is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing designs that resonate with our brand identity and captivate our audience. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to produce digital and print materials that enhance the customer experience and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Design Creation

• Develop creative concepts and designs for digital marketing campaigns, product packaging, social media, website, and promotional materials.
• Create compelling visuals that reflect Southern Gourmet Bites' brand identity and values.

Brand Consistency

• Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines.
• Maintain consistency in typography, color palettes, and imagery across all marketing assets.

Content Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful designs.
• Translate ideas and concepts into high-quality visuals.

Digital Asset Management

• Design banners, advertisements, email templates, and other digital assets for e-commerce and online promotions.
• Optimize graphics for use on multiple platforms, including web and mobile.

Print Design

• Create designs for print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and product labels.
• Liaise with printing vendors to ensure high-quality output.

Innovation & Trends

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output.
• Suggest innovative ideas to improve customer engagement and brand visibility.

Requirements

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the food or e-commerce industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and past work.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
