Job Description

As a multiskilled creative specialist, you will be responsible for producing both static (posters, infographics, social media graphics) and dynamic visual content (video editing, motion graphics, basic sound design) under brand guidelines. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates who thrive at the intersection of visual storytelling and digital content production. Your key responsibilities will include editing raw footage (reels, YouTube shorts, longform narrative), integrating motion graphics and transitions, color correcting, and performing basic sound mixing for video production. You will also design layouts for digital and print media, such as banners, ads, infographics, thumbnails, and branding assets. Working with Content/Marketing teams, you will storyboard visuals, craft ad designs, and animate product features or promotional campaigns. Responding to creative briefs and stakeholder feedback efficiently, implementing edits, and maintaining multiple versions will be crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing assets, maintaining libraries of layered source files, video proxies, audio tracks, fonts, and version control. Keeping updated with design and editing tools, formats, codecs, and social platform standards to apply best practices will be expected. To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Film & TV, or related field; OR equivalent 2+ years of real-world experience. You must possess 2-4 years of combined experience in graphic design and video editing (social media & corporate) and share a portfolio demonstrating both stationary designs and polished video work. Technical proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and video editing software such as Adobe PremierePro or Final Cut Pro is required. Basic awareness of Figma/Sketch/UI tools and motion graphics (AE, Blender) will be a strong plus. Proficiency in audio editing, formats & delivery, and version control is expected. Soft skills like excellent time management, multi-project planning, strong visual storytelling instincts with attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to handle feedback constructively while working well in cross-functional teams are essential for this role. The job type is full-time and permanent, with benefits including food, health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund. This role requires the ability to commute or relocate to Gurugram, Haryana, before starting work. Motion graphics experience of 4 years is required. The work location is in person.
