Graphic Designer, Video Editor & Photographer (with Teaching Experience)

As a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, and Photographer with Teaching Experience at The Stellar Don Bosco Academy in Nerul, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to creative design, visual content development, photography, videography, video editing, and teaching. Your role will involve both creating visual materials for internal and external needs of the Academy as well as mentoring students in creative and media courses. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conceptualize and design creative materials for events, publications, advertisements, and digital media in alignment with the Academy's branding. - Create posters, brochures, banners, newsletters, and other marketing collateral. - Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to create visually consistent social media and website content. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines independently. - Plan, shoot, and edit photographs and videos for events, performances, classroom activities, and promotional materials. - Maintain and operate photography and video equipment efficiently. - Capture high-quality visual content for documentation and storytelling purposes. - Edit videos for various communications, social media campaigns, and client projects. - Enhance video output with special effects, motion graphics, color grading, and sound design. - Maintain an organized digital asset management system for all creative files. - Conduct classes and workshops in graphic design, photography, and video editing. - Guide students on creative projects, digital portfolios, and practical applications of design and visual media. - Foster creativity, discipline, and professionalism among students. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or Fine Arts. - Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in design, photography, and video editing. - Teaching experience in related disciplines is mandatory. - Proficiency in various software packages related to graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and photography. - Strong command over English communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with drone videography and photography. - Basic knowledge of UI/UX design or animation. - Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools.
