Job Role:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and engaging video content to support our brand, product promotions, marketing campaigns, and social media presence.

You will work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver a wide range of creative assets that drive customer engagement and boost sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design digital assets such as banners, product images, social media posts, email templates, and website graphics.
• Plan, shoot (if needed), edit, and produce high-quality videos for product promotions, ads, tutorials, and brand storytelling.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Create engaging short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks, etc.) to align with e-commerce and social media trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create visual concepts and campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all graphic and video outputs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to e-commerce marketing.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, preferably in the e-commerce or digital marketing space.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design/video editing tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for digital platforms is a plus.
• Excellent sense of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Ability to take creative feedback positively and work iteratively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of basic photography/videography techniques is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience in e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or similar.
• Familiarity with social media ads, Google display ads, and e-commerce marketing trends.
