Job Description

Elate Digital is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with strong creative vision and leadership skills to elevate our brand and client visual identities. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on design expertise to create impactful visuals that align with client goals and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative designs for digital campaigns, branding, websites, and social media.
Guide and mentor junior designers and interns to maintain design quality and brand consistency.
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and strategy teams to develop visually engaging campaigns.
Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies and visuals.
Oversee multiple design projects from concept to delivery while meeting deadlines.
Present design concepts to clients and internal teams effectively.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry standards to ensure innovation in all creative outputs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2 -3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere Pro), Canva, and Figma.
Strong understanding of brand identity, layout, typography, and color theory.
Excellent attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a design team.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
