Deconstruct offers Beginner-friendly, Highly Effective Yet Gentle products for those who are starting their science-backed skincare journey. Deconstruct was born to ease out the science-backed skincare journey of every beginner with sensitive skin.

Key Responsibilities:

? Conceptualize and create engaging visual assets, including digital ads, social media

graphics, videos, packaging, and website

? Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity

across all platforms.

? Collaborate with the marketing and performance teams to develop creative assets for

new product launches, promotions, and campaigns.

? Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining

quality standards.

? Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to

keep the brands design strategies innovative and competitive.

? Provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work

Environment.

Qualifications:

? Minimum of 1 - 4 years of experience in graphic designing & video editing

? Understanding in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop & Illustrator for social creative like Reels, GIFs.

? Ability to adapt to newer AI tools of design function.

? Strong understanding of video editing - including animations, motion graphics

? Excellent understanding of video production processes, including storyboarding, editing,

color grading and sound design.

? Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and motion design projects.
