Position Overview: As a Customer Success Executive at Evolve Next Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' success and satisfaction with our Marketing Automation SaaS (Software) products. You will be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and maximizing the value they derive from our solutions. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all post-sales activities. Product Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our Marketing Automation SaaS products. Product Education: Provide ongoing training and support to clients, ensuring they are well-versed in the features and functionalities of our products to maximize their utilization. Retention and Upselling: Monitor client satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and work towards the renewal of contracts. Collaborate with the sales team to expand product adoption within existing accounts. Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and insights to communicate with the product development team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the Sales field . Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts is a plus. Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi. Excellent written communication in English. Requirements: Candidate must carry their own laptop A company paid SIM card / phone number will be provided for all official communication.
