Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Content Strategy & Calendar Management

· Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with seasonal campaigns, brand objectives, and promotional goals.

· Plan, design, and execute content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), utilizing the latest trends to engage the travel audience.

· Conduct trend research to keep content fresh, relevant, and aligned with seasonal travel themes and competitor activity.

2. Content Creation & Design

· Create and design visually compelling graphics, images, and animations for posts, reels, and stories using Adobe Illustrator and Canva.

· Develop high-quality short-form and long-form videos, editing with Wondershare Filmora and CapCut to produce engaging reels, stories, and travel highlight videos.

· Ensure consistency in visual style, tone, and messaging across all platforms, maintaining brand guidelines.

3. Video Production & Editing

· Conceptualize, film, and edit videos, including destination highlights, client testimonials, and event footage, using Filmora and CapCut for polished, engaging content.

· Create and edit motion graphics and animated visuals to enhance video storytelling, utilizing tools like Filmora for added effects.

· Stay up-to-date with video trends, optimizing formats and styles for social media platforms.

4. Engagement & Real-Time Interaction

· Engage with followers by responding to comments, initiating conversations, and leveraging user-generated content.

· Manage real-time posting for live events, story updates, and trending topics relevant to the travel industry.

· Implement a hashtag and tagging strategy to maximize reach and engagement on posts, stories, and videos.

5. Analytics & Reporting

· Track engagement metrics, including likes, shares, comments, and follower growth, using social media insights.

· Prepare monthly reports analyzing the performance of content, with actionable insights for improvement based on data.

· Utilize feedback and insights to refine the content strategy, ensuring continued engagement and growth.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.

· 2+ years of experience in social media content creation and design.

· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Wondershare Filmora, CapCut, and Canva.

· Strong knowledge of social media best practices for visual content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Ability to create high-quality graphics and videos optimized for social media.

· Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills with an eye for aesthetics.

Preferred Skills

· Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.

· Familiarity with SEO for social media and effective hashtag strategies.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing a content calendar
