What You&aposll Do

Design and edit content for socials (reels, carousels, storiesyou know the drill)

Collaborate with the content & strategy team to translate ideas into visuals

Bring bold, on-trend, founder-first visuals to the table

Create assets for personal brand websites, presentations, and launches

Maintain a fresh, culturally-aware, Aviukta-coded aesthetic

What We&aposre Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of professional design experience

  OR

  a strong portfolio showcasing your skills
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

• Familiarity with

  CapCut

  ,

  Canva

  , or similar tools for rapid content creation
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to handle both static and motion content with equal ease
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output
• Strong organizational and time management skills
