Weve had a tough time finding someone who gets the balance right: Taste and execution Strategy and aesthetic And someone open to a full-time, hybrid role in Mumbai What You&aposll Do Design and edit content for socials (reels, carousels, storiesyou know the drill) Collaborate with the content & strategy team to translate ideas into visuals Bring bold, on-trend, founder-first visuals to the table Create assets for personal brand websites, presentations, and launches Maintain a fresh, culturally-aware, Aviukta-coded aesthetic What We&aposre Looking For Minimum 1 year of professional design experience OR a strong portfolio showcasing your skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Familiarity with CapCut , Canva , or similar tools for rapid content creation Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy Ability to handle both static and motion content with equal ease Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output Strong organizational and time management skills ????
