ABOUT THE ROLE

Graphic Designer & Video Editor

SALARY RANGE

8 - 12 LPA

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design visual assets across the website, landing pages, social platforms, pitch decks, and internal materials
• Collaborate on maintaining and evolving visual consistency across touchpoints
• Work together on layouts, typography systems, and visual hierarchies as the brand takes shape
• Turn ideas, references, and rough directions into thoughtful, well-crafted visual outputs
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for socials and web
• Create motion graphics, animated text, and transitions to support storytelling
• Collaborate on narrative-led video content - shaping pacing, rhythm, and visual flow
• Deliver platform-ready outputs across formats

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• 1-4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
• Strong fundamentals in graphic design (layout, typography, spacing)
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/DaVinci Resolve)
• Working knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects or similar)
• Good visual taste and attention to detail, with the skill to execute independently and iterate quickly
• Strong understanding of how to create and edit attention-worthy content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
• Comfort working in ambiguity and early-stage environments
