Job Title: Creative Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer with strong expertise in Branding, Packaging Design, Graphic Design, and Digital Creatives to join our Reset team. This role focuses primarily on building brand identity, creating high-impact visuals, and driving campaign-led creative output across digital and offline channels.
Experience in FMCG, consumer healthcare, or wellness categories is preferred.

3D design skills (Blender/3D modelling) are considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Branding, Packaging & Print Design

• Create premium packaging designs, label artworks, and print-ready files.
• Develop offline brand assets like catalogues, brochures, leaflets, danglers, posters, standees, and merchandising materials.
• Ensure strong understanding of CMYK/RGB, Pantone colours, finishes, textures, and printing materials.
• Work with production & print vendors to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Create brand campaigns and seasonal themes for D2C and e-commerce.

2. Graphic Design & Digital Creatives

• Design daily social media creatives, performance campaign banners, story formats, GIFs, and website assets.
• Deliver visually strong, brand-consistent creatives for Instagram, YouTube, and D2C platforms.
• Create static + carousel ads, homepage elements, and campaign-driven creative themes.
• Maintain Resets visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Develop engaging social media creatives, stories, and ad campaign visuals for Instagram, YouTube, and performance campaigns.

3. AI Tools, E-commerce & Creative Automation (20%)

• Be highly adept at using AI tools for image generation, copywriting, and creative brainstorming.
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Krea, Nano, Sora, Photoshop AI, etc.) for:
• Creative ideation
• Mock-ups and product visuals
• Copy generation
• Design Amazon, Website, Ecom platform Listing Images, infographics, and A+ Content.
• Improve creative turnaround time using automated workflows.

4. Email & WhatsApp Communication Design (510%)

• Design high-quality emailers, newsletters, and WhatsApp creatives.
• Work on UI-style layouts using

  Figma

  (basic to intermediate skill acceptable).

5. 3D & Video Editing

• Create basic to intermediate

  3D renders or mockups

  using Blender/Maya.
• Edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) and basic motion graphics using:
• Adobe After Effects
• Premiere Pro
• CapCut
• DaVinci Resolve
